You'd think he'd do at least a little research on the shells before going to court. The custodianship actions are cheap, but why waste money on junk that can never be rehabilitated?

Of course BILB is one of his as well. He doesn't yet have custodianship, but he's offering it for sale anyway.

BFTI He should of did a little research on this one. It isnt dtc eligible. It never was even before the Chinese did the RM years back. I know bc I owned it prior to Chinese RM and after. A bunch of fees to sell it. It only trades paper certs.
