By now, Tracy has become custodian of 34 shells. One of the actions didn't work out; the docket doesn't explain why but Tracy withdrew his application for custodianship. Another--BIZZ--has already had its registration revoked by the SEC as a delinquent filer. And a third--I forget which one--has been suspended and is awaiting revocation of registration.
He should have done better research on all of them.
