Exactly, and Warren Buffet of the Walking Dead is a good example of that. People will continue to pay $2.5 million to have lunch with him because of the EXPERIENCE the man has. How ironic is it that the sum was paid for by a Chinese individual/company. The Asians understand the respect for the experience of elders whereas Westerners discard anyone over 60 as being "walking dead".
