I was saying to myself there is no way a spin could be
made of the judges decision to keep the state case alive.

Wrong. The spin is here.

The case will never get to the courts until 2018/2019.

Remember this though. The state case was never going to happen.
It was going to be dismissed.

The fed case will never happen IMO before the state case.

Meanwhile the 245,000.00. is ADIOS AMIGO.

Nothing frivolous about the Fed case. if it was frivolous, Judge Ungora would have thrown it out. Instead, she threw out the IFUS counter claims because they were frivolous.

However, i don't think she was in a very frivolous state of mind when she caught the old crook, WAWA Walthers "smuggling." And I'm pretty sure she wasn't being frivolous when she said Walthers clearly and obviously intended to defraud ... and then called him a "SCIENTER!!"

All that sort of stuff Walthers and others are mixed up in are felonies. On top of that, because they conspired amongst each other and several people and entities received shares, diminishing and damaging the security for the loan, they ALL violated the RICO act. Everyone of them.

Of course, Walthers will try his best to wriggle out of this. When push comes to shove, and the rubber meets the road, Walther will throw those folks he conspired with under the bus. So, anyone who got any of those Preferred shares, should probably hire a lawyer sooner, rather than later.

MY prediction, there will not be enough phone lines in the Florida DA's office to handle all the rats calling. lololol

Your absolutely correct. The boot boys are caught and they used the fed case to buy more time and tried to get evidence dismissed. Nice try but unsuccessful. They went after summary judgements and an assortment of other strategies thinking it would overrule the state case. Again, nice try but no luck. It was an attempt financially to push MW into a bad situation. What they didn't expect was for MW to get the resources to move forward. I'd say MW's performance is exceptional.

Utter silliness. No one is "winning" or "losing.' It hasn't been adjudicated yet. The only thing we know for sure from the state case is that IFUS made a mess of things in 2013 and lost $258,000.00.
