Complete Nonsense. The boot brothers were losing the state case so they attempted a frivolous federal case 22 months later.

The state case will not die if the judge throws out the federal case or determines the federal case will not proceed until the state case is completed.

The boot brothers have lied for 3 years and stated no evidence exist at all. The judge has stated there is evidence and denied their motion to dismiss everything.

Joe and Steve do not have enough money to delay much longer. Imo, both cases might be over in 2016

Criminals sometimes get caught because they are careless. The patent attorney I talked with said it is a serious crime if individuals under oath lie about statements made when applying for a patent.

I am not delighted, I am ecstatic about sentencing scum like the boot brothers to jail time for their illegal acts.
