Nothing frivolous about the Fed case. if it was frivolous, Judge Ungora would have thrown it out. Instead, she threw out the IFUS counter claims because they were frivolous.

However, i don't think she was in a very frivolous state of mind when she caught the old crook, WAWA Walthers "smuggling." And I'm pretty sure she wasn't being frivolous when she said Walthers clearly and obviously intended to defraud ... and then called him a "SCIENTER!!"

All that sort of stuff Walthers and others are mixed up in are felonies. On top of that, because they conspired amongst each other and several people and entities received shares, diminishing and damaging the security for the loan, they ALL violated the RICO act. Everyone of them.

Of course, Walthers will try his best to wriggle out of this. When push comes to shove, and the rubber meets the road, Walther will throw those folks he conspired with under the bus. So, anyone who got any of those Preferred shares, should probably hire a lawyer sooner, rather than later.

MY prediction, there will not be enough phone lines in the Florida DA's office to handle all the rats calling. lololol
