Yada, yada, yada. here we go again! After 2 1/2 years MW files
a counter suit in the State case ... but, he doesn't have any depositions!!

Please show the link that shows MW filed a counter-suit in the state case.

Please show the link that shows the depositions scheduled for Wed and Thursday for joe and steve have been cancelled.

I just went to broward county courthouse records and nothing is publicly listed .
The last public record on the case is still asking the boot brothers for documents.

Haven't seen any audited financials yet. Pretty good size sale this morning. Wonder if someone takes out the $.005 before the day closes.
