Twist, twist, twist. I said that ALL the FEDERAL counter claims were DISMISSED. Thrown back in the "Smuggler's" face. (aka MW) The State claims are DOA because they require the same evidence that could not be produced by MW for the Federal counterclaims. Besides, MW will not allow the State case to come to trial for another year. So unfortunately, it is all a moot point right now.
