Yada, yada, yada. here we go again! After 2 1/2 years MW files
a counter suit in the State case ... but, he doesn't have any depositions!! LOL. keep in mind the Federal Counter suit was completely DISMISSED and MW called a "smuggler" by a Federal Judge!

Everyone, including MW, knows this counter suit does not stand a chance because he has NO evidence and NO witnesses as the Federal Case clearly showed. Besides, history says he won't even pay his attorney!

But, it does delay the case for many months, thus giving MW more time to fleece more gulliblers.
