Interesting read.

But, not sure what was " debunked ", lol?

VitaCig did receive payments from international distributors, until
their contracts ran out.
Or, as in Korea, was put on hold.

Both the Eu and Korea contracts have been renegotiated, and/or
resumed.
In regards to Korea, Japan is online as well.

http://finance.yahoo.com/news/vitacig-renews-south-korea-partnership-130000391.html

As a separate, public company, VitaCig has not yet rolled out
VitaCig in the U.S.
MCIG, did start selling VitaCig's, but once VitaCig became
public, stopped so as to not have MCIG, who has had their own
financial stress, carry the financial burden.
Hence, the year long negotiations.

Which, contrary to your claim that was a falsehood, is proved
from the same article you quoted,

" Seeking to sell stake in VitaCig to a corporate partner and run it as a joint venture. "

" With regard to VitaCig, Maury is looking for a corporate partner that can take over manufacturing and fulfillment and own a stake in the company. This would give some immediate value to mCig shareholders and bring in a party that could better focus on growing revenue. They feel that they may be very close to doing so and did not want to get too detailed with VitaCig's plans as these could change with a new partner. "

Lol, you can't be close to having a new corporate partner,
IF THERE AREN'T ACTUAL NEGOTIATIONS GOING ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The 0% on Vitastik sales overseas has been debunked ad nauseum.

Simply read the P.R.'s, or email Paul at paul@mcig.org, and he will
tell you, what he told me, that in fact those P.R.'s confirm
the royalty deal and Asia deal if for, Vitastik's!!!!!!!!!!

The 1% - 3% claim on CBd distribution is absurd.
No one negotiates a deal for 3% or less.
That doesn't even cover the production costs, lol.

By the way, what agreement did VitaCig and Korea renew?

http://finance.yahoo.com/news/vitacig-renews-south-korea-partnership-130000391.html

It couldn't of been for CBD, BECAUSE VITACIG JUST ROLLED OUT
THEIR CBD PRODUCTS TWO MONTHS AGO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Let's review the P.R.

We are excited to announce that we have renewed our partnership with our Korean Partner Kooleever, Inc. For the past six months, our partnership was put on hold while Kooleever addressed governmental regulatory and customs issues concerning, non-nicotine e-cigs. Having overcome these hurdles, both parties have now renewed their agreement, and subsequently, Kooleever has placed their first order of 2016 with VitaCig.

In addition, with the help of our Korean Partner, VitaCig is also excited to announce the newest addition to our VitaCig global family, Japan. This landmark exclusive distribution agreement opens up another huge market for us in Asia; as well as another strong revenue stream for VitaCig.

VitaCig CEO, Paul Rosenberg commented, "Good news for our company, and shareholders, continues to pour in. Our hard work is paying off. Our VitaCig® product and brand continues to gain extensive traction internationally. We are grateful for our Korean Partners, and thrilled to be able to now offer our innovative, nicotine free, vitamin vaporizer, to the wonderful people of Japan. A population of over 127 million. The Japanese e-cig/vape market has exploded over the past year. The timing of this distribution agreement couldn't have been better. This agreement guarantees the distribution of our no-nicotine products in Japan, a country with abnormally high rate of smoking. We look forward to assisting in harm-reduction, while growing our brand value."

How can anyone read this P.R., and think this has anything to do
with CBD????????????????????

" VitaCig gets no monies from Vitastik overseas ", lol.
That's funny.

You keep repeating your made up false info. Getting tired of the repetition. Anyone who wants the truth can follow the previous posts...

VitaCig will profit from overseas sales going forward...

VTCQ Post # 8048

BTW. mCig is not collecting a commission. They are collecting a royalty. There is a difference and it will be as much as 25%...

VTCQ Post # 8398

Regarding the sales force...

MCIG Post 67554

...as for...

Unofficial Excuse: Paul instructed VTCQ USA to “stop operations” because they were in negotiations with “multiple” business entities.

Response: There is no official PR (from a reputable source like Marketwired) that states there were ever any negotiations with a USA based business entity. None.

They were only “seeking” a partner. But there is ZERO evidence that there was ever any interested party from an official PR.

I guess that means since nothing you've said has been released by Marketwire we can consider all of it to be false. Thanks for proving yourself wrong.
