I used to be in sales too. The commission amount depends on the product, the MSRP, the margin and what the seller is willing to pay . In any event, it's irrelevant. You can talk all you want about commissions since that's not what mCig is getting. They signed a "royalty agreement". From Webster's dictionary...

Royalty:
3: a share of a product or profit (as of a mine) claimed by the owner for allowing another to use the property
4: payment made to the owner of a patent or copyright for the use of it

A "royalty" is not a "commission"!
