Interesting read.

But, not sure what was " debunked ", lol?

VitaCig did receive payments from international distributors, until
their contracts ran out.
Or, as in Korea, was put on hold.

Both the Eu and Korea contracts have been renegotiated, and/or
resumed.
In regards to Korea, Japan is online as well.

http://finance.yahoo.com/news/vitacig-renews-south-korea-partnership-130000391.html

As a separate, public company, VitaCig has not yet rolled out
VitaCig in the U.S.
MCIG, did start selling VitaCig's, but once VitaCig became
public, stopped so as to not have MCIG, who has had their own
financial stress, carry the financial burden.
Hence, the year long negotiations.

Which, contrary to your claim that was a falsehood, is proved
from the same article you quoted,

" Seeking to sell stake in VitaCig to a corporate partner and run it as a joint venture. "

" With regard to VitaCig, Maury is looking for a corporate partner that can take over manufacturing and fulfillment and own a stake in the company. This would give some immediate value to mCig shareholders and bring in a party that could better focus on growing revenue. They feel that they may be very close to doing so and did not want to get too detailed with VitaCig's plans as these could change with a new partner. "

Lol, you can't be close to having a new corporate partner,
IF THERE AREN'T ACTUAL NEGOTIATIONS GOING ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The 0% on Vitastik sales overseas has been debunked ad nauseum.

Simply read the P.R.'s, or email Paul at paul@mcig.org, and he will
tell you, what he told me, that in fact those P.R.'s confirm
the royalty deal and Asia deal if for, Vitastik's!!!!!!!!!!

The 1% - 3% claim on CBd distribution is absurd.
No one negotiates a deal for 3% or less.
That doesn't even cover the production costs, lol.
