When Solms took over, it was immediate clear to me that he was going to ride this company into the ground. SKS's ego was so huge, he never would have walked away if there was any chance of success. Solms's job was to keep the boat afloat long enough for SKS to be "held harmless" when the company would go BK.

Player...I think you missed my intent with one of the questions. I had suspected in December that the bridge loan was a financing with its option to pay back with shares. All they had to do was nothing and keep the money. Now there is no liability listed for it in the 8k so I'm interpreting that to mean it was paid off. With no other funding available and nothing coming in from Marble Bridge that is what makes no sense to me.
There was a demand for shares today after the news and that's also hard to understand given the 8k but tomorrow will tell.
