Sam, appreciate the efforts. Their reply obviously wasn't hot off the press. It was like cold leftovers from Thanksgiving that keep getting reheated in the microwave.
Sam is there a possibility that this issue (settlement talks) about A1 ever get resolved. As long as both sides agree to multiple delays, AMRN is happy promoting drug under A1 PI. Basically this is what they wanted with anchor, to survive until reduce-it.
The comment.."That settlement discussions continue to be ongoing is not deemed to be a material event..." I imagine is true as long as the "discussions" delays are not being used to conceal information that might be deemed harmful to the shareholders such as an undisclosed problem with the FDA or our ongoing clinical trial. In short we shareholders are entitled to some benefit from these unscheduled delays. The issue is not the discussions, it is the delays...
