IR is useless and only there because it's the law.
I feel strongly about it both ways.
On the one hand,
My first non negotiable demand is that I be personally informed at all times in real time about everything, up to and including things that have not yet happened regardless of any confidentiality protocols, practices, requirements, and agreements.
My second demand is that every tick down result is a press release defending the stock with additional data, new if possible but made up/recycled if necessary because we are fresh out.
My third demand is that someone else be responsible and indemnify me against any losses whatsoever caused by any such policy or policies.
My fourth non negotiable demand is that the co get a super serious and well respected promotion minded CEO like that Shkreli guy that.... Unh, hold off on that one.
On the other hand...
Sometimes I feel like I've been too reasonable for too long and I want to get really unreasonable....
