I have emailed IR a number of times over the past couple years. Mike Farrell was always really good about getting back to me. Usually within 4 hours time period. But yes, most of it was same rehashed lines taken either from recent PR or CC. But really, that is all they are able to say without disclosing insider information. Every once in a while I can glean a little bit of different tone off the response which has given me a positive or negative connotation.

Overall I think emailing IR is just a way for shareholders to vent. To get a little bit of frustration out in an email. But at least when you get a response you know they are listening. And hopefully soon, enough good things will occur to get this price above $2 and way beyond!
