Thanks for the informative reply, I certainly have a better understanding of what could happen on and after the Dec 8th hearing. However, I still have an issue with the fact that the patent owner (VSL?) claims that MAXD does not have a license to represent the patents, period. Surely this will be Google's approach either during the hearing or as part of their appeal to have the injunction thrown out? It seems have have worked in the USA and whilst I understand that the hearing in Germany is in a completely different jurisdiction I would have thought that similar laws governing 'standing' will apply?

The price per share as of now says it all...investors are running away from MAXD...the odd to come out positive on the permanent injunction on google in Germany is pretty much lower and lower, esp after the lost in the USA case...Who knows what type of supporting documents or filings the inventor (VSL/Vendanti) filed with the court in Germany!!?! NO PACER system in Germany court like there is in the USA here. We are all in the dark until the ruling come out on the permanent injunction which is around late Jan. 2016. Blind binary event so place your bet on either side!

Nice synopsis.

I'm one of those who thinks this company lives or dies based on the legal outcomes. It's unfortunate because the technology is really cool but this management team is, in my opinion, absolutely terrible. Just looking at the pictures of those guys gives me pause for concern. Greg Halpern looks like a schmuck with his ridiculous necklace and his bio stating first and foremost his judo accomplishments several decades ago. The CEO also lacks any credentials worthy of being in charge of a publicly traded company and the stock price and balance sheet reflect that.

Anyone who is banking on these clowns to monetize this technology is a true gambler. I'm in this because the lawsuits may have merit. I really hope the company can succeed on its own merit too, as I love the tech product...but I have zero faith in this team based on past and current performance.

Here's hoping the German courts rule in our favor.
