If this was just a binary event situation I would not be an investor. Spoke with Luna a few weeks back. They are poised to launch in first quarter. Just eradicating the last of the bugs they found in their OS. If you look at my previous posts you will see how I arrived at a yearly revenue estimate from this deal to be 7-10 mil. Santok has 13 phones that should incorporate the MAXD HD-audio technology. I expect to see significant sales from Santok in the Q from first quarter 2016. If German outcome is positive for MAXD, 2016 will be a massive breakout year for this company. If they fail in Germany and Santok and Luna perform I will still make money.
