SLRW can be reinstated anytime just like its previous reinstatement done in 2010 which can be confirmed by the North Carolina state corporate rules! Check out those official filings and rules to find the right answer by yourself. By the way all the non-reporting OTC stocks are in the same status with SLRW and can be reactivated or reinstated per their state's rules...

Anyway the BV of SLRW is 132 times of the current joke low price!

Check out the following official document (the first link below) from the State of North Carolina (click on the PDF-image link on 08/17/2010 which will pop up the entire "Reinstatement" PDF-image document)! That is exactly what we need to reinstate this hidden gem! In fact two non-reporting OTCNI peers just did the same thing ("Reinstatement", see the second and third link below) with another state (Nevada)!

Should the management (new one or existing one) file the same type of document again SLRW will quickly soar to the penny land (last time SLRW hit 0.015 with the Same FIXED Small SS) again...

Yes. SLRW did reinstate once by the existing management (on 08/17/2010, see the link below) and will be reinstated again in the near future to realize the IP etc. Huge asset's value! With that event we should see multiple pennies easily! If anyone buys 10M shares of 0.0001s then I will buy the same amount of 0.0001s...
