Yes. See the post#17961 (or the link below) for the details. SLRW can be reinstated anytime just like its previous reinstatement done in 2010 which can be confirmed by the North Carolina state corporate rules! Check out those official filings and rules to find the right answer by yourself. By the way all the non-reporting OTC stocks are in the same status with SLRW and can be reactivated or reinstated per their state's rules...

Anyway the BV of SLRW is 132 times of the current joke low price!
