There is NOTHING to reinstate. No CEO (disappeared over three years ago to avoid lawsuits). No office. No physical presence. No phone. No email. No personnel. No contact of any sort. No assets (including no patents). No reports to the SEC since 2007. Dissolved by the Secretary of State of North Carolina in 2012. Oh, wait, there is something - debt. Debt which gives SLRW a negative book value.
