(1) SLRW will NEVER be reinstated as it is totally dead. There is NO existing management. The last remaining principal, George Moore, disappeared over three years ago to try to avoid multiple lawsuits. (2) There are NO ASSETS - none, nothing; (3) Rather than be reinstated by the Secretary of State of North Carolina, it will be delisted by the SEC.
