I was wondering about the immediate effect on day one (panic retreat by retailers right in the morning etc. just like last week). Even though I know it would recover based on all the ecellent point you detail I would kill myself to hold all shares once again through a massive two day decline (while all the flippers would make big money and get back in right after).
I agree with everything you said. I am very excited that company is filing 10k already on Monday. As of r/s .. we all know that announcement of exact date will arrive shortly BUT I am hoping that it is going to be released together with announcement of debt being restructured.. They had enough time to negotiate new better loans to replace existing and now after r/s was approved, hopefully it was a matter of final signatures on new deals.. I also expect some solid PR from Dan regarding future.. what he plans to accomplish in 2015.. also who is going to replace directors? who is a new dream team? there is going to be tons of news in days/weeks to come! this is going to explode big time! GO ECIG !!!
A 1 for 5 seems very unlikely, it seems a 1 for 10 seems more likely but much depends on timing. at current pace...who knows. the more excited the more crushing. I certainly believe they want to shake the penny traders off their leg as "we" as a whole are 90 impulse and dangerous to a business on the rise and any easy short target. imo. I am in, none the less and you can bet your bottom I'm gonna take some profits at least until the free ride. Good luck to all
