If the RS ratio is 1 for 10 I will likely cash out. Only thing that could keep me from doing so would be stellar financial results (profit/positive cash flow). No reason to crush the OS down to 30 million/300 million shares. Tells me they are getting ready to repeat the same old mistakes.

To be clear though - I sincerely doubt the ratio is higher than 1 for 5. I base this on the fact that 240 million shares should be plenty for any shareholder friendly plans, my belief in the caliber management team, and then the success they've already had in working with the toxic debt while maintaining growth.
