I agree with everything you said.
I am very excited that company is filing 10k already on Monday.
As of r/s .. we all know that announcement of exact date will arrive shortly BUT I am hoping that it is going to be released together with announcement of debt being restructured..
They had enough time to negotiate new better loans to replace existing and now after r/s was approved, hopefully it was a matter of final signatures on new deals..
I also expect some solid PR from Dan regarding future.. what he plans to accomplish in 2015.. also who is going to replace directors? who is a new dream team? there is going to be tons of news in days/weeks to come! this is going to explode big time!
