Problem is this,

They will get their lead plaintiff.

One out of 37000 at least will be upset enough to join.

Now as it stands (in law)they will automatically enjoin those on the reg shareholders list on December 22nd. 2005 (I believe that date maybe the one where someone spoke with Tim Huff and was told 'you wont be dissapointed at the end of the month).

So all shareholders of record on that date may be enjoined.

There will be a chance to 'opt out' perhaps later on.

Not sure what grounds there are at present to take suit against the lawyers suing GTE but interested in ideas.

the lawyers are smarter than I, and I can figure out there is gain here no matter what the outcome. they will get fees from those people who saw this longshot dissipate even thought it is not core focus of company. company never gave anyone the impression it was a done deal, it has always been in negotiation stage, its always been before the point of money transaction in affect.
