trunkmonk -- In reading over some of

your posts I found this one with the following foolish statement regarding Huffy's "Russian Deal Fiasco". You stated:

"company never gave anyone the impression it was a done deal, it has always been in negotiation stage"

trunkmonk, it was probably because you were not around at the time but Huffy issued his PR/NR in which he stated that there was a "BINDING CONTRACT". Now I don't know what BINDING CONTRACT means to you but I assure you that to the rest of the world it certainly . . .

gives the impression that IT WAS A DONE DEAL!!!!!

Oh, and by the way . . . Bleckman, as the company IR person, assured many, at the time, that it was, in fact, a done deal.

the lawyers are smarter than I, and I can figure out there is gain here no matter what the outcome. they will get fees from those people who saw this longshot dissipate even thought it is not core focus of company. company never gave anyone the impression it was a done deal, it has always been in negotiation stage, its always been before the point of money transaction in affect.
