Good look at the details. Not sure where it says the Pilot ERC is completed (ready for attachment).
Also, saying "anticipate" leaves Mantra without real obligation (liability). Not SEC liable.
Also, phase 3 needs a pilot ERC. Next should be the attachment. In January. With 10 days left. The scale up would be very difficult at this time. No ERC and no attachment at Lafarge.
Saying it should be or that they "anticipate" some thing is not stating a fact or an accomplishment. Just selling the "sizzle".
Oh your Right on the MONEY on Phase 3 will Begin in January 2015 for the Scale up! Alstom GE knows this has HUGE Potential as now ERC Pilot Plant will become realty for MVTG ...
"For the three months ended November 30, 2014, we generated $22,566 in revenue compared to revenue of $148,404 generated during the same period in 2013. This is a result of the ending of Phase 2 of the alternative products project, our sole source of revenue, which occurred in September 2014. We anticipate that Phase 3 will begin in January 2015."
Phase 3: Reactor scale-up Design Can $165,000 Labor Can $15,375 materials
TOTAL of phase 1 through 5
Can $585,000 Labor +cost of Phase 5 (no limit set on it, TBD) plus Can $61,500 materials
This does not include LaFarge in any way!!!! And this has nothing to do with the LaFarge pilot plant. The LaFarge pilot plant is a separate deal entirely!!!! It has separate Alstom-LaFarge-MVTG funding.....
This one is not (yet) :-) officially connected to the German Bavarian brewery. But if one carefully connects the dots and hints in prior PRs and SEC fillings, one can see where there is probably heading.
This is not connected to the MVTG MRFC fuel cells, fuel cell vehicles or the energy storage MVTG-ERC-MRFC technology, or 3D printing technology or CO2 membrane based carbon capture I suspect is part of the 5 new patent applications we have not seen yet (waiting for them to be published).
MVTG...'Updates and timelines'... Your post verifies MVTG/Alstom /LaFarge pilot project is done and now moving into phase 3 of Alstom/Mantra agreement. Nice work. Connecting the dots again.
