the Mantra/Alstom/Lafarge project was to have a running ERC attached to the Lafarge equipment.

Where is it?

Maybe what was said was the available funds were spent?

I spoke to the CEO of MVTG, Larry Kristof today and he confirmed that MVTG Mantra Energy is indeed in phase III of the Alstom GE R&D work. So there is no need to speculate on that any longer. He said that any one that wants to confirm this should simply call him for verification.
