So what happens to out shares if Nestle wants the coffee Boost/Creamer side of Minerco but not the Vitamin Fizz side of it? I know this is a big "what if" but "what if?
"The Vitamin Creamer product line will include at least two packaging sizes: Single-serve (2 oz.) for on-the-go consumers and take home size (12 oz.) for daily home and/or office consumers. The line will also include multiple flavors, initially Original, French Vanilla and Hazelnut (with more flavors to follow). Level 5 Beverage is planning to test market Vitamin Creamer in the NYC area and So Cal, the most prolific consumer testing grounds in the country. While exact specifications and dates are to be determined, the company expects to have all 18 sku’s in front of identified potential partners and consumer panels in Spring 2015."
If "MINE" is involved it is going to be big! Either way, Nestle is currently pushing forward in the consumer market for coffee derivatives/products! What is the driving force behind the Nestle move? Seems to fit the products Vanis has told us to expect.
"TASTE THE UPSIDE", now that sounds just like a Vanis slogan.
Dean Foods and White Wave have filings for iced coffee as well, Perhaps $MINE is setting up deals with all three of the major players via product base ownership.
Are there "4 Vitamin Creamer Branding/Licensing scenarios or more"? See the consolidated list of possibilities or opportunities provided by various $MINE'rs. For the skeptics that think Nestlé does not license formulas/products from other companies, check the bottom of this post for examples!
Did you know that Nestlé was listed No. 1 in the Fortune Global 500 as the world’s most profitable corporation.[7] With a market capitalization of US$233 billion, Nestlé ranked No. 9 in the FT Global 500 2013.[8] http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nestl%C3%A9
*** Opportunity #1 (DD From KuLiquidGold) *** "Branded by Level 5" (Confirmed and PR'd below)
11/04/2014, Maker of VitaminFIZZ® and Coffee Boost™ Develops First Nutritionally Enhanced Coffee Creamer
Minerco Resources, Inc. (OTC: MINE), parent company of Level 5 Beverage Company, Inc., the makers of VitaminFIZZ® and Coffee Boost™, announced that development is moving forward on Vitamin Creamer®, the world’s first nutritionally enhanced and functional coffee creamer. The company confirms the formulations of the creamer line have been approved, and that Level 5 is currently developing packaging concepts and distribution strategy.
“We are all very excited with the potential of Vitamin Creamer,” said V. Scott Vanis, Minerco's Chairman and CEO. “Not only will it be the first nutritionally enhanced and functional coffee creamer on the market, it gives us greater product depth and strengthens our ‘good for you’ value proposition.”
Vitamin Creamer, formulated by Power Brands for Level 5, is the first and only coffee creamer that delivers a high dose of vitamins, including 100% of daily Vitamin B and Vitamin C, using creamer as a delivery system. The varieties will include Vitamin Creamer, Vitamin Creamer Boost, and Vitamin Creamer Relax.
All three varieties will include a fortification of Vitamins B and C. In addition to the vitamins, Vitamin Creamer Boost will also receive an infusion of caffeine from the addition of Level 5's Coffee Boost formula. Vitamin Creamer Relax will be fortified with additional nutrients shown to reduce stress, relieve anxiety and calm nervousness. Variety in the Vitamin Creamer product line provides an option perfect for each level of coffee drinker.
The Vitamin Creamer product line will include at least two packaging sizes: Single-serve (2 oz.) for on-the-go consumers and take home size (12 oz.) for daily home and/or office consumers. The line will also include multiple flavors, initially Original, French Vanilla and Hazelnut (with more flavors to follow). Level 5 Beverage is planning to test market Vitamin Creamer in the NYC area and So Cal, the most prolific consumer testing grounds in the country. While exact specifications and dates are to be determined, the company expects to have all 18 sku’s in front of identified potential partners and consumer panels in Spring 2015. http://www.minercoresources.com/news.php?p=92
*** Opportunity #2 (DD From VegasLocal and KuLiquidGold) *** "Vitamin Creamer Formula Licensed by Level 5 to Nestlé" (Not Confirmed, Some significant DD is available)
04/29/2014, From the conference call... The Coffee Boost, which we feel is extremely promising, can be paired with another brand we're in negotiation with right now. It's a brand that Nestlé is currently testing, and WhiteWave, which is a part of Dean Foods—it's a $2 billion division of Dean Foods, Silk soy milk, and International Delight coffee creamers—they're busy testing one of the derivatives of Coffee Boost, its intellectual property we've acquired from a third party, which would be a breakthrough in the coffee creamer industry. http://www.minercoresources.com/news.php?p=55

Looks like a very strong case that "Vitamin Creamer Formula may be licensed by Nestlé". If this is a licensing deal with Nestle, it could be a game changer for $MINE. We may be able to sit back and take a piece of the net profit from Nestlé without all the operational efforts and funding needed to grow a brand! This could be a reverse scenario of the VitaminFIZZ licensing deal with VITAMINFIZZ, L.P., the licensor! In this case, Level 5 would be the licensor for Nestle! Not to mention Level 5 can put out the Vitamin Creamer product line in parallel with Nestle!
This could be much bigger than VitaminFIZZ in the short term, not necessarily long-term it will be fun watching the race though! Given the resources Nestlé has at their disposal depending on their rollout plan, they could cover the U.S rather quickly if they decided to go nationwide or beyond! If we get this licensing deal, think about the profit from the licensing and that financial feed for the overall growth of Level 5 and $MINE!
We have confirmation that the URL http://www.beverageformulating.net is owned by Power Brands. Likely an easy way for business partners to view brands, graphics, etc. Rather than trading images, they just provide website links, easier for version control, IMO.
Two pieces of DD provided by vegaslocal on this one I don't recall, could be brain freeze or I never saw it! 1) Seeing the "non-blurred" version of the "Nestlé Coffee Mate Vitamin Creamer" branding image "from the link that vegaslocal provided! 2) Confirmation that the URL providing the clear Nestlé image http://www.beverageformulating.net is owned by Power Brands. This may be old news for others but even if it is perhaps some newcomers could benefit from it. If anyone has related past links, please provide there may be more applicable DD not covered here!

*** Opportunity #3 (DD From Bottoms Upward) *** "Creamy Iced Coffee Drink" or "Coffee-mate 2go", Licensed by Nestlé (Not Confirmed, very speculative at this point, some DD is available, you decide)
I have been wondering what the 11/7 update has been eluding to! The key on this speculative licensing opportunity is the wording in the 11/7 shareholder update "another unique opportunity". I read that as beyond the "Vitamin Creamer" deal that was mentioned in the conference call noted in "Opportunity #2". This sounds like a totally separate opportunity.
Could this be a cross-formula between Vitamin Creamer and Coffee Boost licensed to Nestlé as "Creamy Iced Coffee Drink"!
Here's another possibility provided by BU!
Could this be the single pack creamer Vanis has spoken about?

11/07/2014 Shareholder Update Q: How are the sales of Coffee Boost™? A: Coffee Boost sales (in last 90 days) have been as expected since we were focused on VitaminFIZZ. The total sales of Boost is estimated to be approximately 1,000 cases. As discussed in the Annual Report and recent press release, the future Boost will be the integration into the Vitamin Creamer® product line. Additionally, Coffee Boost has another unique opportunity that is being evaluated right now. http://www.minercoresources.com/news.php?p=99
