I believe Vitamin Creamer LP formed circa 9/13/2013. Notice the trademark registration certificate states first use as 5/1/2012 and in commerce 9/12/2012. Therefore, it is safe to assume that Powerbrands began developing vitamin creamer around 5/1/2012, the product hit shelves around 9/12/2012, and then product trademarked on 9/13/2013 after extensive testing. MINE acquired Vitamin Creamer LP on 6/20/2014 for $100,000 in cash, 5% equity interest, and 10% of any and all marketing dollars paid, solely in marketing the Acquired IP, inuring directly to the benefit of Quintin Crye’s Racing Team(s). IMO, this is how we acquired future celebrity endorser Quintin Crye without shares and avoiding dilution. IMO, we will have Vitamin Creamer on the side of his NASCAR in 2015. I have plenty of proof of that if you need it.
The following picture of the trademark specimen shows that the product was already on shelves and being tested prior to being officially trademarked.
IMO, Somewhere Nestle got involved. They must have executed a license agreement between themselves and Vitamin Creamer LP or more likely Powerbrands. That's why we don't have an 8-K for this agreement under MINE.
IMO, this image is blurred because we are waiting on a PR that states that Nestle, licensee, wants to put their label on Level 5's, licensor, proprietary formulations of COFFEE BOOST blended with either Nestle's or Level 5's liquid creamer formulation!!!
Understand that whatever Nestle's involvement, and there's serious involvement, this is much bigger than just VitaminFizz.
Fill your kids' stockings with shares of MINE on Monday morning!!!
