Actually the pdf may not have been posted, but the discussion here revealed that Seagate was quoting $25 for the software.

Ramsey2......I suppose that Wave could bundle the Trusted Drive Manager software with the Momentus FDE drives, but that bundle would have to include the CSP and ESC package as well. This would have very limited functionality.

I think that it is more likely that the TDM is part of ETS and that it hooks into Document Manager and KTM so as to allow users to back up and/or move encrypted files and folders around to other drives and devices and to share data in secure collaborative work spaces.
