They get back control of their company... have to remember that when a deal like this is done, there can be differences of opinions on how things are run.

Maybe Stella and Tauriga had a complete different vision for Doc Greens than Honeywood realized...this way they get control of how its run and we give them the distribution network the sorely lacked before this deal was brokered. Not to mention if you go back they got a nice cash payment for this deal as well. That money allows them to do things they could not do before TAUG came along.

Well this deal is a bit different. But sometimes there is no benefit....it was a last resort, only option, etc.....due to failures in the company, no income, issues with team and managment and things like that. Restructuring is always a scary concept to hear and see...but sometimes....like in this case, it benefits all involved in clear ways and I still feel there are other things happening and this is just a small part of it by Stella and the crew. Not the news i was expecting, but good none the less.

Sure! It is quite beneficial to Honeywood, in my opinion, for a number of reasons

Honeywood received a substantial amount of cash from Tauriga in March 2014 and Tauriga has largely developed the distribution relationships. Doc Greens benefits now from the work that Tauriga has done in developing these relationships and can grow revenues (LEGALLY) through Tauriga's distribution channels.

Tauriga reduces its dilution and operating costs, and really has the same upside in terms of revenue potential.

Its a cleaner way of doing business, and reduces legal risks to Tauriga as well.

I think this makes Tauriga "immeasurably stronger"
