You mentioned something vital in you previous post Doc. Many, far to many do not read and then comprehend what they read. This does create sell offs where none were needed. Some will read the news today and think TAUG is now out of the cannabis business.
Which is as far from the truth as can be...thats why its written as a restucture. We are still a joint business together, they are still part of us. But we do have shareholders that are here strickly for the "pot" side of the business...if they do not understand that we are still part of the Honeywood process, they may sell as with them its "pot" or nothing. Have to see what happens when the bell rings.
The smart investor will understand how this cuts any possible dilution out of the picture and expand their holdings so it could be a stale mate as far as that goes.
