Well this deal is a bit different. But sometimes there is no benefit....it was a last resort, only option, etc.....due to failures in the company, no income, issues with team and managment and things like that. Restructuring is always a scary concept to hear and see...but sometimes....like in this case, it benefits all involved in clear ways and I still feel there are other things happening and this is just a small part of it by Stella and the crew. Not the news i was expecting, but good none the less.
