Actually it doesn't. Even as co-counsel, a deposition would NEVER be held on the territory of any other office than their own.

This isn't what it sounded like you wrote earlier but the idea is sound. It happens all the time. And, is it happening here? Maybe, but how relevant is this assumption to the expected outcome?
