tanj -- well, we'll see. As for example, of the attorneys retained by the WMILT -- which have offices in Seattle?

Does Weil or Klee or Richards? Does S&G?

Hint - Weil, Gotshal & Manges - NO. http://www.weil.com/locations/

Hint - Klee, Tuchin, Bogdanoff & Stern - NO. http://www.ktbslaw.com/contact.html

Hint - Richards, Layton, & Finger NO. - http://www.rlf.com/ContactUs

It does make logical sense. ;) Minimize expenditures by using law offices you have available to you in the geographic areas where the depositions need to occur. Also minimize 'hardship' claims and delays from folks who don't want to fly across the US to attend a NYC, etc deposition when they live on the west coast.

Hint - S&G - Yes. http://www.susmangodfrey.com/Contact-Us/

Gotta think not only "function" (which firm is involved in what aspect of the WMILT cases) -- but "geography" as well.
