On a separate topic, a question for you, Reefrad, or other knowledgeable bio-folks:
As we know, DCs mobilize a number of defensive elements in the immune system. Would you care to speculate about other possible applications beyond cancer, if any? Also, if the treatment area is outside of the brain and not protected by the blood brain barrier, could a simple subcutaneous injection have a systemic effect on the antigen?

For the benefit of myself and anyone else who might be wondering, could you or Flipper please explain why Direct is a step forward from 'L'? I understand 'L' uses the excised tumor and Direct is administered directly into the tumor within the patient. Obviously this might be critical in certain situations where operating is not feasible. But is that the only difference between one and the other?
