For the benefit of myself and anyone else who might be wondering, could you or Flipper please explain why Direct is a step forward from 'L'? I understand 'L' uses the excised tumor and Direct is administered directly into the tumor within the patient. Obviously this might be critical in certain situations where operating is not feasible. But is that the only difference between one and the other?
