Tantivy changed its infringement claims late in the game and LU countered by saying that it this is the first notice of such infringement by Tantivy. Therefore, they stated that any infringement found should be from that date forward. We will have to wait to see how big the past sums are before we fully understand the ground work for the settlement and license.
