Loop, It appears your opinion and some others that the parties were hoping to settle was right on. And regarding LU's "(sic)...stated that any infringement found should be from that date forward."
If we get a full blown 3G license from LU going "forward" with or without some consideration for "past" usage, that would be fine with me.
