boy, talk about half-empty. we know of a settlement before any, due to the efforts, skills and dilligence of board members, and your mad that we have more questions. personally, i'm willing to have a little patience--understanding we're awaiting news, not waiting for another endless court saga.

i'm thinking more along the lines of what all the 8/1/05 dates meant? seems it's part of the negotiation, something's free until 8/1 ???
