Actually I do get the point.

Everyone who brought MIKP knew what they were doing and chose to do so. Now I know, you'll say the DD was misleading



If the second part of this quote is true, then the first part is incorrect. The truth is, they thought they knew what they were doing, but their decision was based on false or misleading information according to the SEC.

It would be nice if there was a better way for the enforcement agencies to handle companies who break securities laws, and mislead the investing public, but in order for you to get out of your investment in a company participating in fraudulant activity, it would mean that someone else has to get in. So, when their initial investigation is done and the decision is made to suspend a stock, their will be some people trapped, and others saved, who may have been ready to purchase stock based on missleading infomation.
