IMO...concerning MIKP....the SEC is more than willing to overlook "big" fish, and focus on "snaller" fish. IMO, your comment is ridiculous (send me an email and Ill send you companies who have done far worse).
It's kinda like local police, they are more "willing" to stop and ticket someone in a beat up old car before they will stop someone in a lexus....why?...status.
