There is one thing I think (haven't read about it on here, If I missed it, sorry) maybe, just maybe, that the BOD might be waiting for the direction of the wind after the election.

Call me crazy, but, this thing HAS been political.

I don't believe in unicorns, or any other pipe dream that we are going to get any 2X value, etc. in our escrow or WMIH by the waving of a judicial wand...but, there will be a chance to play the political card to our advantage.

Thinking out loud...
