The BOD did not like that this was trading even on the pinks. They did want to try and keep things hidden until it was time, but time may be running out.
What does not make sense is that they would wait until after the election. The tax laws are to our benefit now and can change after the election. So I would get things rolling now, especially when there are no restrictions stopping us from moving in any direction and with the value available.
