Thanks Fss, you are right the best opportunity is 2012, if nothing happens or even starts to unfold then it will not. It was stated in court by the opoosing party that there was billions to be made and only if it can be done early, anything after that period it would dwindle away or there would be nothing to build off.......Two more months!!!!!!!!!!!
