Still, let me help to make this even more simple to help you understand. Just remove your thoughts of the NI 43-101 for existing here. Why? Because it matters not with SRGE moving forward because as I had explained before... the company is in the process of completing their audited financials to file with the SEC to go to the OTCBB as what was PR-ed. The SEC does not and will not recognize any NI 43-101 because of only acknowledging Industry Guide 7 Standards:

Really, unless you are using to NI 43-101 to speculate from its data, it is really redundant to consider here with SRGE since SRGE is a US based company. The NI 43-101 would only have such significance only if SRGE was a Canadian based company since Canada acknowledges the NI 43-101. You cannot use your NI 43-101 points to discredit SRGE. They do not apply.
