The most importand question that should have been asked based on this filling if he was going to hold those shares or sell them as soon as he will get them. That would shead some light on the issue. It seems like he was let go because his services are no longer needed. With expansion of LA switch i doubt that he will not be needed unless GTE will have other resouces from somewhere else. And the only thing i can think of is merger or buyout. That is only my opinion. If so i would hope buy out would occur well over $3.00 or i will be pissed.
