Hi again, well I read and re-read the contract for Mr. Kimble. I believe that he will retain his shares based on the statement below taken from the contract written by the lawyers. I also believe that Huff and company may be moving their headquarters to Los Angeles and perhaps Kimble and family are not city slicker and do not want to live in Los Angeles. When glow beatle message #14801 spoke to Mr. Kimble he memtioned he had another business of his own and will continue as a consultant to GTE. Sounds like what Leigh Coleman did. It also sounds to me like GTE will be very huge and all the employees want more than a peice of the company in case it is sold. I know that everyone knows when a company is sold salaries are negotiated or some people are simply let go. What better way to insure yourself that you will maximize your worth then by owning your own company and selling your services for a lot more than a simple salary. Kimble also does not have to move he can just fly to Los Angeles when needed. Just my opinion and only mine but it sure is something to think about.
